OK - got it!

When reporting, or quoting, a URL, I often use !Transfer2 to pick up the
URL from Netsurf and dump it into the email.  So the link now opens
http://stronged.torrens.org/man/functions/index.html
(that was 2 clicks with Transfer2!)
