Sorry, my bad. The original sprite for Swipe was an old mode 12 pointer
with rectanglar pixels. I created a new sprite based on the pointer that
I use but forgot to remove the ptr_default sprite before releasing
Swipe.

As David points out it can be safely deleted. To restore the pointer
just issue *IconSprites <filename> in a TaskWindow where <filename>
points to the sprite file with the correct pointer.

Cheers,
Fred.
