No, this hasn't been implemented (yet?). I envisaged this as similar to
the ModeWhen files, load first 1k and check against given expression.
However, so far I've not had any need for this and no-one has asked for
it either.

If can provide more details on what content needs to be matched then
perhaps a work-around can be suggested.
