[StrongED] !StrongMen?

Still going on with copying the StrongHelp manual of StrongEd into 
HTML, I readed in this manual: "... !StrongMen, available from my 
webpage." whereby "webpage" is a link. When I clicked upon that link, 
it brings me not to a place where I could dowload !StrongMen, but to a 
"Contact" page of this StrongHelp manual of StrongED. So, how can 
people, like me, get !StrongMen?
