That is odd!!

Try starting the new 4.69f10 with the control key pressed. That will 
force SE to ignore !StrED_cfg in Choices, including any problems in 
its ModeLock file.

Click shift-Select on SE's iconbar icon to show which !StrED_cfg is in 
use.

Click shift-Adjust on SE's iconbar icon to see the Defaults and verify 
the 'missing' Modes are present in the Modes directory.
