Yes, you could use it but note that Ctrl-Select already has defined
behaviour in StrongED. It can be used to select text without moving the
cursor. Useful when you want to copy some text to the current position
of the cursor from somewhere else.
Ctrl-Adjust moves a window to the front of the window stack without
affecting the cursor position. If the window doesn't have focus, it will
gain focus with the cursor appearing in its previous position.
