Here on RISC OS 6.20 something is at:

HostFS::HardDisc4.$.!boot.Resources.!Scrap.ScrapDirs.IDdisabled.StrongED

A text file "ExportSED" Dunno what to do with it though... Won't load into
anything other than a text editor.
