Looking at StrongED's !RunImage there is a bit:
  <StrongED$ExportDir>.ExportSED

So it seems ExportSED is a separate application which sets
<StrongED$ExportDir>

I checked 4.68a1 - but no !ExportSED - so it's not been included in the
distribution for a while.

If you do a show <StrongED$ExportDir> that will show you where your copy
of it lives.
