No, you cannot do that from a LoF. You can do it using S&R and the LoW.

 - Search 'certain text' and replace it with something else
 - Open the LoW via: c-L or iconbar menu -> WindowList
 - Click Menu over LoW and choose: Kill -> Changed

This leaves you with all texts that do not contain 'certain text', ready
for editing.

You can use the LoW for this but you will need to tweak things a bit as
it is saved as an Obey file that can be used to restore the LoW at a
later time.
