Not yet. I'll try to update the Modes Database this weekend. At least to
fix the CtrlTab and font name issues. The refresh options and additional
syntax colouring groups will be added later. I may even defer that until
4.70a13 which requires one more change to the Colours files.

Upgrading to a new version of StrongED will always have an element of
DIY in it, test versions in particular. You could call that the price
for something that's otherwise entirely free, I guess.
