Hopefully that introduces it in a readable way. Without queries about how
well/badly I have worded and ordered things I will never know!
AS&R is a huge subject - so the page is still work in progress. Though
hopefully near an end.
Then I have to index it - I have done some of that. Another huge task if
it is properly indexed.
What order should sections be in? Alphabetical - or easy subjects first?
Which subjects are easiest?
And there are sections at the bottom of each page "Other relevant pages" -
I am trying to not put too many hyper-links in the text as they can
distract.
Although I have been using SE for years I am only just starting to learn
what it can do...
I still will welcome help with any of this.

Correct. Spaces outside quotes are ignored.

Both covered in the page. Let me know how successfully I have explained.

Yes - in the Mode files, which will take a bit of explaining. There are
several external methods which I may explain.
I use Dave Thomas' !Makro to do this.
