Just as a point of interest - anyone here who has done a long html <table>
will know how difficult they get.

I was aligning columns by means of lots of TABs but decided this is
unnworkable.

So I have now changed the index table into a format that PipeDream can
load and save (as htlm). It is added to the page by means of SSI

The main benefit is that I can now sort the index on columns of visible
data.

If anyone wants to load the index into PipeDream (or other spreadsheet) it
is at
