[StrongED] Manual - Key commands

I have added a new page:

I was floundering with advanced S&R (too much I do not yet understand)
and found a list of these in the StrongHelp. I thought this would be a bit
easier (not much - but at least I've done it to a certain stage) and a
good way to learn more about StrongED.

The page needs more work - on layout and explanation of some things.
There are a number of Keyboard commands I do not understand. But I think
it will be useful and interesting to many here.

The main index page is starting to be worth visiting too. It's starting to
show my thinking on how to do it
