Doing long examples via html seems less than ideal. So would people use
zipped examples?
Where appropriate I could include a suitable "Set" for use with David
Thomas Makro program. That will inject Search and Replace expresions
into
a Search and replace window with one hotkey press.
Or would people prefer to have such expressions as text pages to use
with
F7?
For the pages, I expect people reading them are far more likely
simply to be trying to understand them, rather than using them
as a repository to c&p (or whatever) into their own use of SE.
Also, with examples, it might be better to present them in a list
of things a user might want to do. Show a sample before and after
text, then describe how to achieve that. It's not impossible that
some 'problems' could then gain extra solutions, as different ways
of using the tools might seem more intuitive to some people.
