The main change in 1.27 from 1.27b4 is that it no longer uses the
KeyExtend module for keyboard support. Instead it uses the DeepKeys
and StrongKeys modules.
For this the keyboard handler had to be rewritten. Unfortunately the
bit of code to pass on unknown keypresses got left out. As a result
s-F12 (and other hotkeys) don't work.
This omission has been fixed in 1.28a1 (back in Feb I see, but hasn't
been mentioned here, oops).
