Chris Morison's !Contents does. If anyone wants a copy - ask, I can put it
on the www site.

But it's a blunt tool as StrongHelp instructions aren't written with
Contents or Index in mind. But it's useful - there is a lot more in the
StrongHelp than I had realised.

One of the brain-twisters in this project is deciding exactly what words
to index on, and putting relevant id"..." in the html. Too many times have
I looked at an index entry and found the word mention was not relevant.
