Mmnnn! Had a lot of trouble with this, not being a natural user, while I
understand what the words mean, the terms of reference like Mode Choices,
Global Choices, etc I don't in relation to StrongEd.

I guess the problem was (Iconbar) Global Choices doesn't have any colour
options for Block or Mark etc, for me that means Global choices ain't
global.

What I wanted had to be set in BaseMode, but that appears to be just A
mode and the colours set in it are not Global.

I'm confused... But then I mostly am...

So I guess, the text colour, background colour, hiligh colour etc, have to
be manually set for each separate Mode.

Eventually... I arranged it so the text in BaseMode when selected is
hilighted yellow.

Fay for whom I'm doing all this will probably only be using it for text,
so I guess the global or not won't matter.
