It was not something I was aware of before Fred mentioned it, but it 
works ok for me. SED 4.70a12.

I use the StrongMenu to insert strings that are frequently needed, eg 
email address, "internal error: abort on data transfer at &", etc

This works well with S&R now that I can keep it open.

1. shft-F4 over SED window
2. click menu on S&R window, it blinks
3. select on StrongMenu - S&R remains
4. slide up to insert text menu
5. choose appropriate string.
etc

Also works for Lof
