Someone else had a similar problem with MiniTime and contacted me
directly. They reminded me of a thread on the ARMini-support list in
October last year. The problem in that thread was the same as here, an
older copy of the Toolbox module being soft-loaded.

The cause turned out to be an older copy of the Tabs module. Prior to
0.06 the Tabs module was aimed at the ROL Toolbox. It would RMEnsure
Toolbox 1.63 and if not present would try to load it from !System.

To see if this is the case, check !Boot.Resources.!System.310.Toolbox
for a copy of the Tabs module. If it's older than 0.06, replace it with
the copy inside !MiniTime.RMStore. This will hopefully fix the problem.
