The redraw change made in SH 2.89 means that when small icons are used
the sprite is plotted slightly lower than the text. Fixed it by adding a
small offset to the sprite's y coordinate so it's plotted a little
higher. Seems okay but there may be an issue with some fonts, time will
tell.
