It seems to be the NeXTBar manual that's causing this. I've downloaded a
fresh copy (v1.30) and ran it. This opens a window stating that it's an
unregistered copy. Click on 'Instructions' (in blue) in that window and
StrongHelp crashes.
The Sprites file inside the NeXTBar manual seems to be corrupted, Paint
complained about 'Bad mode'. Replaced it with a valid sprite file and a
click on 'Instructions' opened the manual without an error.
Strangely, double-clicking the manual opens it perfectly fine, even with
dodgy sprites file.

Yes, as there is clearly a problem so getting to the bottom of it is
important. Especially as this release is intended to fix bugs in v2.89.
