I'm using PrintPDF 1.10 (26 Feb 2016). The crash only happens if I've 
used StrongHelp to look at other Help manuals first, so it may not be 
anything to do with PrintPDF anyway.

It happens the moment I try to access PrintPDF's Help file.

I think that may well be so. Perhaps Fred can make some sense of the 
stuff that I posted.

I've just seen that 1.11 is now available and have installed it, but I 
won't have time to check that out till at least tomorrow,
