Using v4.70a11 - no and no. Nothing happens at all.
Using v4.69f9 - yes and yes. All works as I would expect.
The v4.70 LoW is small, showing only top 4 files.
The v4.69 window is the full height, showing all 32 files.

On v4.69, when it starts both Pointer Enter and Pointer Leave are masked.
[I am using my TaskUsage to monitor reason code maskings]
When a LoW is opened, Pointer Enter is unmasked.
When the pointer does enter the LoW then Pointer Leave is unmasked. They
are masked again when the poiner leaves, and the window closes.
But v4.70 is different...
On startup both are masked.
When the LoW is opened, Pointer Enter is unmasked. All like v4.69.
But when the pointer does enter, Pointer Leave is *not* unmasked.
And nothing is active! Select, Menu and Adjust do nothing.
If I then open a LoF window, and put the pointer over that, Pointer Leave
is unmasked, but becomes masked when it leaves.
However, if I now go to the LoW nothing happens UNTIL I click in the LoW
- and then the file is raised to the front, and that line in the LoW
window turns from blue to red. Menu also now works, and Adjust turns the
file to white.
At this time Pointer Leave is masked, and Pointer Enter is active.
If I close the LoF no masks are changed, and the LoW still 'works' as
above.
All the above does seem repeatable here!

With v4.69 I see both types of highlight.
With v4.70 I never see the first (and I do have Display Choices set to
highlight mouse), and only sometimes see the second (and then sometimes
on the wrong line).
Hope this helps.
