This mornings oddity: A TextSeek search resulted in hits in 9 C source
files, and each had 3 hits within them, all displayed in a SE Throwback
window.

If I click on any of the top 8 hits (excluding the Processing file
lines), then that Throwback line is highlit, and the correct source file
is shown in SE, and the correct line highlit.

If I click on the 9th hit on the 12th line (ie the 3rd line in the 3rd
file) the *8th* hit is highlit, and the *8th* hit file is highlit in SE!

This effect is true for clicks on all the hits from 9th downwards - it
acts as if it was the 8th hit was clicked on!!

Clicking on the 'Processing' lines is also odd... 
Clicking any of the first 3 files does nothing.
Clicking on the 4th file downwards opens the 3rd file in SE, and
highlights the 8th hit.

This effact - for me at least - seems repeatable, *if* a LoF window has
been opened first. Before the LoF window has opened, the clicks in the
Throwback window do nothing at all! 

However, I have noticed some small variation in the hit which it seems to
'stick' on - initially it was the 8th, but I now have an instance where
it is the 7th.

I do hope there are some useful clues somewhere in this rather confusing
description.

Incidentally, when multiple editing windows are opened in SE in this way,
it does not abide by the Style Guide recommendation on p105 to 'Open any
subsequent new windows at an offset of 48 OS units down the screen,
unless there is a good reason not to do so'. Without the offset it is not
immediately obvious that a new window has been opened, as it exactly
covers all previous ones, and makes previous ones much harder to find.
