Note that using iconbar menu -> Open config -> UserPrefs is available on
4.70 only, Shift-Select click on the iconbar-icon works on all versions.

The approach I'd for is first an overview of all the ModeFile sections
with a brief description of what they are used for. Then articles on the
various sections, starting with a simple section, eg Shortcuts.

Keep in mind, the Search section needs to be treated before some others.
ClickLists, Folding and Syntax colouring can all use search expressions.

There are probably others with their own particular way of using SE.
Myself being one of them, relying heavily on the ability to load many
source files and move between them using LoW, LoF and goto functions.
Something non-programming users are much less likely to do.
