[StrongED] thanks for "detect link" feature in StrongEd

Just to express appreciation for a feature we take for granted in
StrongEd: its ability to detect a URL (link) and make it clickable.

Have been looking for an Android text editor that has this feature, so
far without luck. Just now I emailed the author of the one I use,
"FX", to suggest it, and have commended StrongEd.

Maybe Android already has text editors with this obvious feature, but
in the Google Play list none of them explicitly included it in their
lists. Suggest to Fred: mention it on the intro page at
www.stronged.iconbar.com

The need comes up in my trying to set up an easy way for non-techie
wife to save a plaintext copy of an email from RiscOS to where she can
open it on the Android tablet. Typical case is an email containing a
link that requires Javascript or Flash, which RiscOS can't do but
Android can. Thanks to !Transient (as described in a previous thread)
I have a nice drag-and-drop system that uses the NAS as an
intermediary (which she doesn't need to know), and the FX File Manager
easily opens it in Android. Unfortunately, the FX text editor does
not make the URL clickable -- and the Android copy-and-paste system is
still to primitive to explain to a non-techie wife.
