I would Strong-ly recommend starting with 4.70. It is very stable. I 
use it all the time, including for things it was not designed for. It 
has crashed maybe twice since Christmas and has not lost any work.
(and I think the two crashes are Iyonix specific and the cause is 
present in 4.69 anyway)

There are a lot of differences between the 4.69 and 4.70 and using 
both is likely to lead to confusion.
