A close decision, of the sort that pins were invented for.

4.70a11 is in full use here, it is certainly very stable. If there are any
outstanding bugs then I have forgotten what they are. It is not very 'alpha'
in practice! However that could just change with a12, obviously that is
improbable but not impossible.

It is best to assume that that is not the case. Some changes to StrongED do
require changes within StrED_cfg. I have both 4.69f9 and 4.70a11 readily
available here but they have their own, isolated, StrED_cfg's.
