WimpLog will only record error messages that are produced by calling
the Wimp_ReportError SWI.

The message isn't trapped as it's simply a warning window put up by
StrongHelp itself. I've copied some code from StrongED so that the
error is now also output to the 'Strong' log file in SysLog.
