[snip useful stuff]
Got there at last, and many thanks again to everybody. The moral is
that I should have been using Locate instead of TextSeek (sorry,
Harriet!). Locate found a directory in
!Boot.Resources.!System.310.Modules, containing the offending 1.52,
which the built-in Find didn't find. I've removed this, and re-booted,
and I now get:
*H. Toolbox
==> Help on keyword Toolbox
Module is: Toolbox 1.57 (18 Jun 2016) and MiniTime runs
happily.
I have a vague idea that I may have out that directory there when some
programme was wanting a different Toolbox for the one it was getting.
The directory also includes:
ColourDbox
ColourMenu
DCS
FileInfo
FontDbox
FontMenu
IconBar
Menu
PrintDbox
ProgInfo
SaveAs
Scale
Tabs
TextGadget
ToolAction
TreeView
Window
I have no idea if I could delete the whole directory? On the basis of
"if it ain't broke, don't fix it" I'm inclined to leave it there.
And the moral of the whole thing for me is "don't meddle with things
you don't fully understand". I'm sure I wouldn't have got all this
excellent help if I was posting about Windows.
Best wishes,
Peter (a.k.a grateful of Cheltenham).
