[StrongED] MiniTime on ARMX6

I'm sure MiniTime will be useful for lots of people, but I can't see 
an immediate use of it for me. However, I'm inquisitive, and decided 
to try it. I get:

22 Dec 15:03:26 000 00000000: Error from (unknown): MiniTime requires 
Toolbox 0.00  to run

in spite of:

*h. Toolbox
==> Help on keyword Toolbox
Module is: Toolbox         1.52 (17 Jan 2003)

I'm not skilled at programming, and in fact I'm totally useless, but 
this looks odd to me!
