Thanks, David. That means there's no problem with OS 4.39 per se so it
may be down to missing or incompatible toolbox modules.

I notice that the Modules file in !Transient.StartUp doesn't RMEnsure
the ToolAction module so that may explain things.

Chris could you add the following two lines to the Modules file (just
below the SaveAs lines) and then run Transient:

 RMEnsure ToolAction    0.00 RMLoad System:modules.Toolbox.ToolAction
 RMEnsure ToolAction    0.25 Error Transient requires ToolAction 0.00 to run

Let me know if that fixes your problem.
