The latest stable release as well as test releases only have BaseMode in
them so that users can choose for themselves which modes they want to
use with StrongED.

Sometimes other modes may be included if they have been updated to take
advantage of new features, in this case Dump mode.

Older releases come with a full set of modes to ensure that the modes
are compatible, the ones in the Modes database may be too new.
