[StrongED] ToggleBD 1.06 available

ToggleBD v1.06 is now available for download from:

There's only one change in this version and that's how ToggleBD obtains
the window handle of the backdrop window when Message_ToggleBackdrop
isn't supported by the version of RISC OS it's running on.

Previously the handle was assumed to be stored at a particular location
in the Pinboard's workspace and read from there. On the ROOL forum it
was suggested that it would be better to use the Wimp_Extend SWI to get
hold of the handle.

ToggleBD 1.06 obtains the backdrop window handle using said SWI. There
is a minor drawback to this; ToggleBD now requires the nested window
manager to be present.
