[StrongED] ToggleBD 1.04 available

Dear All,

ToggleBD v1.04 is now available for download from:
http://www.stronged.iconbar.com/fjg/zips/togglebd.zip

This version has been made more robust by adding some additional checks
to prevent things from going pear-shaped.

There is now also a proper application icon. Thanks to John Rickman for
the inspiration and to Richard Hallas for drawing the final versions.

Feedback, as always, is most welcome.

Changes in ToggleBD 1.04
========================

 - New application icon (with normal iconbar icon dimensions).

 - Screen edge toggling is now configurable, on/off and edge to use.

 - Check that the Pinboard is running when ToggleBD task is started.

 - Check if StrongHelp is running before opening a help page. If SH is
   not running then ToggleBD will try to start it.

 - When in hack mode (Message ToggleBackdrop not supported) check that
   the window handle we glean from the Pinboard's workspace is actually
   of a window belonging to the Pinboard.
