Please excuse my pedantry here. Using StrongED$WrapWidth inside a
ModeFile is fine but you must put it in a comment line as otherwise
StrongED will try to parse it.

The same will happen in any other file(type) that is parsed by some kind
of tool. If comments are available, put StrongED$xxx variables inside
one.
