Here, if the caret is adjacent to or in the block, text to the right of the
caret is moved the desired number of spaces. The rest of the text stays where
it is. The caret also remains where it is.
If the caret is somewhere else other than the block, nothing happens.
I would have expected the whole block to move. Not sure whether the caret
should keep in step with it.
