Alternatively open any window then reduce the window width by dragging its
adust size handle until the horizontal scroll bar appears. Clicking in the
right hand side valley does nothing, as described above. If the scroll bar
is moved to a mid-position then clicking in the valleys to either side
causes the scroll bar to move to the left.
