It's already there. :-)

To run ToggleBD without an iconbar icon start it from an obey file with
one of the following (please note that -NoIcon is case-sensitive):

If ToggleBD has been seen by the Filer: *Run <ToggleBD$Dir>.!Run -NoIcon

If it hasn't been seen: *Run <dir where ToggleBD lives>.ToggleBD -NoIcon

If you want to configure ToggleBD just run it and quit afterwards.
