[StrongED] Transient 2.06b available

Transient 2.06b is now available for download from:

This release is basically the same as v2.06a but has had some major
rewrites done to address a couple of issues:

 - The handling of the various scroll-lists in Transient has been
   changed so it no longer relies on the ROL set of toolbox modules.
   Transient should now work equally well on ROL and ROOL modules.

   The above has lead to a number of changes in the user interface:

   o The scroll-lists now use Corpus rather than the desktop font as
     Transient needs to align the different columns itself.

   o Selections in a scroll-list are shown as inverted lines, icons
     are no longer used to indicate selection state as the ROOL toolbox
     doesn't support them.

   o The scroll-list in the expiry warning window no longer has all
     users selected when it opens because it's less obvious that all
     users are selected when they are shown in inverse. There are two
     new buttons to easily select/deselect all users.

 - The list of directories to expire is now send to FilerAction in
   blocks to prevent it overrunning the 235 byte buffer that FilerSWIs
   uses to collect leafnames. This should fix problems when there are a
   large number of directories to expire.

 - The source has been tidied up by making sure that all local variables
   are declared as such. Also, ensured all local variables start with a
   lower case letter, and all global ones with an upper case letter.

In short, very little change in functionality but a great many changes
in the code, and hence a big potential for bugs (even after lots of
testing). Should you find any bugs then please let me know so that they
can be fixed before the official release of Transient 2.06.
