[StrongED] StrongED 4.69a6 update

Hi All,

The download of StrongED 4.69a6 has been updated to fix a couple of
problems that have emerged. The version number is still 4.69a6 but
the build date is now 31-12-2011.

The following problems have been fixed:

 - The 'Unknown operand' error when starting StrongED.

 - The reliance on SysLog being present (only apparent when there's an
   error from StrongED).

 - ResFind being run from the !Run file before UserInit was called. The
   preferred language can be set in UserInit so it must have been called
   before ResFind is run.
