Might it be that you changed the function tied to cs-Return yourself?
If not, then the ModeFile is pretty old as I can trace Unbullet back
to 2006.
Oh, and if you don't like syncing ModeFiles then brace yourself for
4.69a6, lots of changed ModeFiles (40+, minor changes but still :-).
