Good question. Without UnplugTBox the transferred modules won't be run.
Peter, if haven't installed it already then you might want to download
Joe Taylor's configure plug-in. It contains UnplugTBox and allows you to
easily switch between the transferred modules and those in ROM.

Oh, and contrary to what some think; I do know the answer. ;-)
It's just that I don't have an ARMini so can't test which Toolbox
modules run and which don't.

Do not delete the Modules file as Andrew suggested on the ARMini mailing
list, Transient uses Rik Griffin's excellent Tabs module which very few
applications use and which is therefore unlikely to be loaded.

What you can do, if the transferred modules don't work, is to zero out
all the version numbers as per Andrew's other suggestion. Transient
doesn't do anything fancy toolbox wise so there's a good chance that
this will work.
