[StrongED] Transient

A slight 'mis-understanding' with Transient...

We have just bought a NAS. I wanted to use Transient's users ability to
store all 'rubbish.' on this in one directory with different users set to
the host names of the individual computers.

Sounds like Transient should be able to do this. First computer - all goes
fine (except I wasn't expecting transient to move all it's rubbish - which
it did without telling or asking me, so I thought it had crashed)

However, when you change transient's temp dir on the second computer it
sulks
"LanMan98::4QD.$.Transient already exists. choose another name."  or
somesuch.
and won't let you do it!

If should object that the user's directory exists!

I think this may be an easy fix!

I've worked around it by changing it in Transient's choices.

It's an excellent program though! Thanks Fred.
