you'll find it inside MPro:  !Messenger.RMStore.OLEsupport

(i use MPro version 5.13 here, but this version of OLEsupport was 
probably shipped with several previous versions of MPro, judging by 
its 2007 date.)

can someone please tell me where this OLEsupport 0.29 should be placed 
within !Boot so that it will be loaded rather than older versions such 
as the problematic 0.28?

i ran !Locate to find other instances of OLEsupport in my !Boot 
directory.  several turn up in the results, but, strangely, none of 
them is version 0.28 and yet 0.28 is the one that is loading from 
somewhere at bootup.  (and no OLEsupport in *rommodules.)
