At the moment it's not publicly available. I'd be willing to release it
privately to anyone interested, or even publicly, but I must stress that
it's very much alpha grade quality at the moment.

For example, there's been quite a large change in how the ModeWhen
system is implemented and it needs more testing to make sure all the
bugs are out and that the behaviour is as close as possible to previous
versions.

If anyone is interested, do let me know and I'll see about making 4.69a3
available.
