Open up the text files as you want them, then open the List of Windows
(ctrl-L).

<Menu> on the LoW, Save LoW.

The saved file is an obey file which when run will open your text files
in the same positions (including cursor point in the file)

It uses the command:

*message StrongEd_OpenDoc

I don't think the parameters are documented but it should be possible to
work them out with a bit of experimentation.
