[StrongED] startup parameters for StrongED

Can I get StrongED to do some preprocessing on a file when it starts 
Up?

For example I would like to start StrongED using an obey file and 
instruct it to open and display a file from a specified point.

I have not been able to find any mention of start up parameters in the 
documentation.
